Way of Redemption

1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
Genesis 1:1-3

Now, when you receive the Holy Spirit It goes right in the middle of that new dispensa—disposition of yours. “Oh,” you say, “I quit drinking; I quit smoking. You know, I—I—I just feel like a different person.” Oops. Wait a minute. See, you just got a new spirit, but the Holy Spirit comes into the middle of that spirit and then He makes you every—every main motion, every intellectual, everything agreeing right into this middle of the wheel. What God says, that’s true. If the days of miracles, if Jesus is the same yesterday and forever, the Holy Spirit would bear record with that, and every intellectual move of yours will say the same thing.

And when you have these little temper fits and you fly out, and you tell lies, and you proselyte, and you jump the fences, and you so selfish with your organization that you’re so narrow minded you couldn’t hear another minister, just remember, the Holy Spirit isn’t ticking in the inside of you. Whew. I didn’t know I was going to say that, but—but that’s right. See?

“What Does It Take To Make A Christian Life?”, 57-0113, William M. Branham

My soul becomes sorrowful as
I foresee an evil day
Lord what must I say
Shall this cup pass away
But here am I in your footsteps
Lord your son
To this end was I born,
So let Thy will be done

CHORUS
I will greatly rejoice in the Lord
My soul shall be joyful in my God
For He has clothed me
With His garments of salvation
He has covered me
With His robes of righteousness

I’m forsaken and rejected
And I’m judged by evil men
Shall I protest in defense,
or in anger be tense
When I stand in disgrace
May Lord I behold your dear face
And may this vision I share
Till I see the glory of your name

When I’m pressed out, seem defeated
In the eyes of wicked men
Shall you deliver me and my full inheritance
When you strike me I will speak
And command creation again
Then the faces of my accusers
Will be greatly ashamed
